Occassionally this site makes reference to certain departments, organizations, programs, or online resources regarding the charges and potential consequences of DUI in Georgia, and this page is meant to compile and provide access to the websites and resources of these agencies in one convenient place.

- The Georgia DDS has a very informative DUI resource page, which includes information on defense driving, and a list of approved DUI schools, relevant forms, and a great FAQ page to answer a lot of the questions one may have regarding costs, license reinstatement conditions, and clinical evaluations, which are discussed more below.
The Georgia Department of Drivers services also has some very comprehensive links and information regarding Commercial and Teen drivers, Non-U.S. Citizens, Drivers from Other Nations, and includes many more forms, manuals, publications, general information, and references.
Clinical Evaluation and Treatment Programs:

Mothers Against Drunk Driving:
Many DUI convictions or pleas require the defendant to attend a Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) Victim Impact Panel. This, however, is a small part of what awareness and information Mothers Against Drunk Driving provides.
On MADD’s national site you will find a lot of vital information and statistics on Drunk Driving, Victim Services, Underage Drinking, the Under 21 Fact Sheet, Law Enforcement, Statistics, Ignition Interlocks (and here), Sobriety Checkpoints, Laws, and more.
MADD has a site dedicated solely to Georgia, however, which you can access here. This site explains in much more detail the Victim Impact Panel (VIP) Guidelines, and offers a list of VIP Locations, and offers an amazing Taxi Locator service as well.
